Why do you ask if I am a diabetic?
Diabetics do not have to pay VAT on supplies for Diabetes. Some companies will require you to pay the full price including VAT and will leave you to fill out a long form to claim the VAT back. If you buy from us, you just need to confirm you are a diabetic from the drop down menu and you will be charged the price excluding VAT.
What is a gauge on a lancet?

What is the difference between 23g, 28g and 30g?
It is the gauge or thickness of the lancet, the higher the number the thinner the lancet. So a 28G lancet will be thinner than a 23G. When considering which gauge is right for you it is important to consider how thick or calloused the skin of the testing site is.
How do you use a lancet?
Before you test your blood sugar, wash your hands and forearm (if applicable) thoroughly with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry. Insert the lancet into the holder and push in firmly. Twist the protective disk until it separates from the lancet and save the disk for later use.
Are lancets universal?
In fact, it's the lancing device that makes the difference, not the lancets. Universal, generic lancets are often as sharp, thin, and easy-to-use as brand name lancets. The key is to find the universal lancet that fits you.
